Request permanent deletion of your Age of Steel account and data
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove your game progress, purchases, and all associated data. This cannot be undone after the grace period.
Data that will be permanently deleted
- Game progress, save data, and battle history
- In-game currency, items, and purchases
- Commander profile and rank
- Division HQ and all built structures
- Chat messages and social connections
- Pre-registration information
Data that may be retained
- Transaction records (retained for 5 years for tax/legal compliance)
- Data required by Saudi PDPL or other applicable regulations
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you
Deletion timeline

Submit request
We verify your identity and confirm receipt within 3 business days.

14-day grace period
You can cancel your request by contacting us. Your account remains accessible.

Permanent deletion
Your account and data are permanently deleted within 30 days. This is irreversible.
